Rent is due by the 1st of each month, and may be paid in the following ways:
Online Checking (preferred method):
It’s free to pay rent through your Cozy.co account if you use your checking account. You can set up recurring payments through auto pay in Cozy. If you would like to pay this way, please call 636-364-4111 to get set up with a Cozy account. We will need your email address to send you an invitation.
Money Order:
Money orders need to be made out to “Blue Sky Apartments” and mailed to our business address (below). Money orders can be purchased nearby at CVS or Schnucks off of St. Charles Rock Road. Please mail by the 30th of every month (envelopes should be postmarked by the 30th).
Checks:
Checks need to be made out to “Blue Sky Apartments” and mailed to our business address (below). Please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account; we charge a $35 fee for returned checks (and your bank will also charge you a fee). Please mail by the 30th of every month (envelopes should be postmarked by the 30th).
Online Credit Card:
You can pay with a credit or debit card through your Cozy.co account for a 2.75% fee. You can set up recurring payments through auto pay in Cozy.
