As you know, Red Brick Management was the property manager this month. Effective immediately, Blue Sky Apartments is now doing our own management. We will be collecting the rent this month (due January 1st). Please do not send your rent to Red Brick Management.
We will be knocking on doors this month to collect money orders and checks. Next month, and in the future, please make out your money orders/ checks out to “Blue Sky Apartments” and mail to the below address, postmarked by the 30th of every month. Rent can also be paid online through Cozy.co (free with a checking account, or with a credit card/debit card for a 2.75% fee). Please read our post on How to Pay Rent for more details.
